I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife on 11-21-2025 for our first Christmas as a married couple. It is now January 2, 2026, and still no package.
It shows to me in Chicago, Illinois, out for delivery, but I live in Fort Worth, Texas. I have been trying to get a refund, but there has been no response from them.

I left a message, email, and phone number. My candles have the wrong date on them; probably my fault.
What can I do to fix the problem? They say since 2019 and should have said 1999, yes.
Preferred solution: Would love to have them replaced. But our 26 Anniversary is Wednesday .

Terrible time. Ordered a custom rug with pictures of 3 of my clients dogs.
Took forever to get there and it was totally the wrong rug with two completely different dogs.
Emailed them and they said they said they would send the correct one complementary I asked for faster shipping. They said they had sent it out about two weeks ago. Nothing received.
When I initially ordered it I put my clients shipping address and it changed the billing address to the same one. Different billing to shipping and my card still went through.
Not impressed with them at all.
Will definitely order from Etsy next time.
*UPDATE* the rug was delivered the day I left the review. Still not impressed with the company and will not use them again.

The PawPerfect Company keeps emailing me that my order was delivered. It wasnt & I now just want a refund.
Its been over a month that Ive been dealing with this issue. The company has good merchandise & Ive received my other orders.

Nearly impossible to get up with someone at Pawfect House to correct an order for a Christmas ornament. The phone number is not readily available on their site.
