Terrible customer service. Defective merchandise

I ordered a customized Christmas ornament of my grandson. When the ornament came the top of his head was cut off.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a refund and no response from them. I called and left message and also sent message.

So annoying!!! Would never recommend them to anyone.
